Low Polys

My favorite program to work with is Illustrator. It simply clicks with my brain and I also rather like using the pen tool, so when I was assigned a project to create a low poly of an animal, I was rather excited and I had a lot of fun with it. Others saw the image I made of my cat, Persephone, and I started making it for friends and family as gifts and/or commissions.

There have been many purposes for my low polys. I have created them as gifts for Christmases and birthdays, which were for happy occasions, but these low polys have also served as a piece to remember a lost pet. For example, when my partner’s parents’ cat, Bagheera, passed in 2022 I created one of him for them. It now hangs in my partner’s mother’s craft room.
